You do not need to be home for your scheduled pick up and delivery. In fact, most people prefer contactless service and choose to leave their clothes out for our drivers. You can leave specific instructions on where to collect your items in your order notes.
Yes! We separate garments into lights and darks as well as delicates and bulky/heavy items. We’ll spot treat any stains we come across but if there’s a particular stain you’d like us to work on, please let us know ahead of time in your order notes so we don’t miss it.
Our drivers pick up and deliver orders between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. You do not need to be present for pick ups or drop offs, just let us know where to pick up your clothes in your order notes. The driver will send a picture of your laundry when it is delivered as well.
We have pick up and delivery windows and cannot guarantee an exact time for your pickup or delivery. Our routes are optimized based on location which allows us to keep our costs down and continue to offer free pickup and delivery! Remember that you don’t have to be home for a pickup or delivery. Just need to let us know where you would like us to pickup and deliver your items by logging into your account and adding a note to your profile under the address section (inside the side gate, on the porch, etc.).
Can my pick up and drop off locations be firstname.lastname@example.orgT03:22:00+00:00
No, we will sort your laundry for you and separate your clothing into lights, whites, and darks. If there’s anything that needs extra special treatment, we ask that you bag it separately and let us know about it in the notes.
Will my clothes be washed with other customers’ email@example.comT03:27:43+00:00
In the rare occurence that one of your items is lost or damaged, please let us know immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to make things right. You can check out our full damage and loss policy here.
In order to avoid a missed pick up, the driver will notify you when they are on the way through our automated messaging system. If there are no clothes left out, the driver will call you, send a text, and call once more from the same number. If the driver is unable to reach you within 5 minutes, they are instructed to move on with their route. You will then need to create a new order for laundry service.
There are lots of ways to make 15 pounds of laundry! 15 pounds could be 5 loads of small baby clothes or 1 load of big, heavy work jeans and towels.
Simply put, 15 pounds is about 2 regular hampers full of laundry. The easiest way to find out is to pick up your hamper and step on a scale. You’ll also get a feel for it once you start having your laundry done regularly. Our Funky to Fresh bags hold 30-40 pounds of laundry (which is a lot!).
